Personal Leadership & Management Development (PLMD) Course
“Lead Yourself First, Then Lead the World”
Moral Parenting Family is a humanitarian initiative dedicated to nurturing meritorious but underprivileged children from rural Bangladesh. We call them our Moral Children, treating them as our own and guiding them with scholarships, mentorship, and skill development. Our ultimate vision is to build a compassionate, capable, and ethical Moral Society.
To fulfill this dream, we are offering the Personal Leadership & Management Development (PLMD) Course, one of six specialized online programs designed to build both soft and professional skills. Among these, the PLMD course is focused on transforming inner potential into personal strength. It is designed to build self-awareness, motivation, confidence, time management, goal-setting, emotional intelligence, and moral character.
This course is conducted by a highly experienced and inspirational life coach who will guide the students through essential aspects of personal and social leadership. With a strong emphasis on moral values, religious grounding, and ethical behavior, this course will help students develop into emotionally resilient and visionary individuals.
The course aims to prepare the Moral Children and university-level students to become future leaders of both the Moral Parenting Family and their communities. It is open to all students across the country who aspire to build their leadership qualities and live a meaningful life.
Classes will be held once a week, each lasting 90 to 120 minutes, in an engaging and interactive online format. The course includes lectures, personal reflections, assignments, and mentorship. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement based on their performance and participation.

To fulfill this mission, we are offering an exclusive online course: Graphic Design & Freelancing. This course is designed to equip our Moral Children and university-level students with one of the most in-demand professional skills in the digital world. With proper training, graphic design can open the door to a rewarding freelancing career, enabling students to earn income, gain global exposure, and contribute back to the Moral Parenting Family through creative support.
This course is taught by a highly experienced freelancer who will guide students step-by-step to become confident and competent graphic designers. The curriculum includes fundamentals of design, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, branding, social media design, portfolio building, and freelancing platform guidance.
The online class will be held once a week, each session lasting 90 to 120 minutes, ensuring flexibility with depth. A personal computer is required to fully participate in practical activities. After the course, students will receive a certificate of completion based on their attendance, assignments, and final project performance.

To prepare our Moral Children for the future, we are offering a high-impact online course on Computer Programming (Python)—one of six exclusive courses designed to develop soft and professional skills. Programming is no longer just for IT professionals—it’s a vital skill that unlocks innovation, problem-solving, and high-paying career opportunities across every industry.
This course is taught by a Python language expert who will guide students step-by-step to become professional programmers. A basic knowledge of computers is required to enroll. The curriculum includes a wide range of essential programming concepts:

- Data Structures & Algorithms

Through scholarships, guidance, and skill development, we are building a future generation that is both capable and morally grounded.
To enhance their global readiness, we proudly offer the IELTS & Online English Adda course—one of six specially designed online programs aimed at developing both soft and professional skills. In today’s competitive world, strong English communication is a gateway to academic, career, and international success.
This course is led by an IELTS expert who will guide university-level Moral Children on how to achieve higher scores in all four modules—Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Alongside the formal IELTS sessions, students will participate in Online English Adda, a fun and interactive group discussion platform where they practice spoken English in real-time with peers.
Each IELTS course participant will serve as a mentor in an English Adda group of 8–10 students, building leadership and communication skills while reinforcing what they’ve learned. Regular participation in the Adda sessions qualifies students for a spot in the next IELTS course batch—creating a continuous learning cycle that benefits all.

As part of this vision, we are excited to offer the Research & Study Abroad course—one of six specialized online programs designed to build both soft and professional skills. This unique course empowers university-level students to explore the world of academic research and unlock global educational opportunities.
Led by an internationally renowned researcher and university professor, this course will take students from the very basics of research to writing a publishable journal paper. Students will work in small groups, each guided by a team of young, experienced researchers who will mentor them step-by-step in their research journey.
The course also offers practical guidance on how to search and apply for scholarships abroad, including tips on preparing effective research proposals, statements of purpose, and CVs for international programs.
Classes will be held once a week, with each online session lasting 90 to 120 minutes, making it easy to join from anywhere. The course is offered to Moral Children at a very low cost, and will be expanded to other students in the future.
